'Time Keeps on Slipping'

In a local landscape in the Somerset region, one of our resident Wedgetail Eagles lands beside a grandfather clock standing in the grass under a wintry sky. Although this magnificent bird approaches this oddly placed colonial timekeeper with seeming intention, in reality, the predator does not see — is not bothered—with the passing passage of time.
